No personal information is collected without your knowledge. No personal information is passed on to third parties.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Cossé Probate Genealogy Office processes personal data and is therefore subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended.

The data controller is Étude Généalogique Cossé, a legal entity represented by Nicolas Cossé.

An external data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed: The Neoshields, who can be reached at dpo@geneacosse.com.

Email addresses collected through the contact form are used to answer your request and to send you information.

This website uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement and no social media buttons that would track your browsing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, erase and port the information concerning you. You can exercise these rights by writing to nc@geneacosse.com or to the DPO at dpo@geneacosse.com.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
